Stock-Music.com retains the copyright to all sounds. However, you are free to use and duplicate them in any of your multimedia projects including commercial projects.
You MAY NOT resell these sound effects on their own (independent of your website, application, etc.) even if you modify them. But you may incorporate them into your multimedia application(s) (including commercial use) which may be published, duplicated, distributed, sold, etc..
